The 68-year-old citizen of Liverpool is none other than Paul McCartney, the most successful songwriter in the history of popular music. The Hollywood heavyweight Kevin Spacey has invited himself on stage at a Paul McCartney concert this week for an impromptu duet. As the rocking 68 years old McCartney has dedicated Hey Jude to actress Dame Judi Dench, who was in the audience, Spacey leapt on stage and joined in. The gig was a fundraiser for the Old Vic Theatre, of which Spacey is artistic director. Sir Paul McCartney has played more than 50,000 music fans in London’s Hyde Park last Sunday, added “When Kevin strong-armed me into doing it, as he does, we were only too pleased to show up and step up to the plate. We had a great evening, we rocked out and the crowd did too. We couldn't have asked for more.”
